For my CATS partner

I feel sooooo behind, lol. Here is my CATS creation for I believe September? Omgoodness I can't even remember. I believe it was this month that we were supposed to use butterflies, but I am getting so darn old that I can't actually remember. If you are interested in signing up for a CATS (card and tag swap) head on over to my bff, Joy's blog, for more info.

Busy, busy, busy bee....

Yes I've been super m.i.a lately, but with good reason. I've had 7 different guest come to visit me in the past two months, so playing tour guide/host has been keeping me super busy. On top of that, I recently finished making 180 of these invites for a wedding. Oh boy, busy me!

So there were 4 butterflies inside of every invite with crystal rhinestones glued to them. So that was 4x180=720 butterflies that I punched out. Yeah, small kind hand cramps, lol! Thanks for sticking with me and I promise to have more post in the very near future!

Hoppy Easter!

Just wanted to share with you the Easter goodies that I made for my daughter's class and teacher. The big one is for her teacher. Mama made these and sent me a link on how to fold these cute origami baskets. Super duper easy! For the large one I used a 12"x12" piece of dsp.

Here are the mini ones I made for my daughter's classmates. For these I used a 6"x6" piece of dsp.

I also wanted to share the tag and card that I made for Joy's C.A.T.S. (Card and Tag Swap). My partner this month was the lovely Mimi. Such a fun idea!

Wishing everyone a lovely Easter!

Pop-Up Cake box

Just wanted to share a pop-up cake box that I made for my gf's daughter's 1st birthday. The theme was kind of an underwater theme, so I embellished with a mermaid and sea shells. Thanks for stopping by!

A Birthday to Remember...

Wow, I have had the best bday week ever! This past Saturday, my bff, Joy, and a bunch of my other gfs surprised me with a bday/crafting party! It was such a surprise and soooooo fun! I wanted to share all the goodies that I received...those gals totally spoiled me!

Joni made these cute raks and gave them to all the ladies. So awesome Joni!

These were two raks that were given to all the ladies by Joy and Mama...so adorable!

Cami gave everyone these cute goodie bags with the cutest little box on the bottom. Love it!

She also gave me this adorable box filled to the brim with stamps. Love the material flower on the front. Not only did she do all this, she also ran the project for the party...

We made these beautiful shadow boxes. Cami is such a genius and I can't think of a better way to spend my day then crafting with a bunch of friends. Thank you Cami!

The fabulous Jodi, made this adorable card for me. Love it!

One of Mama's la la land stunners! Just love it Mama! Thanks!

Here is the adorable card that Joy made me. I'm the brownie and Joy is the blackie, lol! Joy has really been there for me lately through some really trying times. She is the greatest friend ever! Thanks Joy!
Teri made this adorable creation. Just love the color combo!

Joni made this super cute card! Love it Joni!

And if that wasn't enough, Joni, Joy and Teri all pitched in and got me a Cricut! (I know, you all can't believe that I don't already own one, lol) I was blown away! Can't wait to break it out and get to crafting!

I just wanted to send a huge thanks to all my friends who helped make this 28th birthday the best ever. I've been going through some really rough stuff and having wonderful friends who stand by your side makes things so much easier. I am truly blessed and touched by each and every one of these ladies. Love you all!

Birthday and other cards to share :0)

Just wanted to share some lovely bday cards that I received:

This adorable card was from my gf, Brenda. Love the little cutie seal! Thanks Brenda!

Mi amiga, Berenice, sent me this lovely card along with some lovely braks. Thanks Berenice!

Here is just the cutest thank you card from my bff, Joy. The coloring is amazing!

Here is a card that I made for my gf's bridal shower that I had at my house over the weekend. I tried to coordinate the card with the wrapping paper that I used. So much fun!

Here is a birthday card that I made for my mother. Used the new SU Blossoms Petals punch, so easy and I really like how the flower comes out.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful rest of the week!

Wedding Invitations

I know I've been sooooo m.i.a. lately from blogland...so sorry about that, but I've had good reason :0). For the most part, I've been making favors, etc. for an upcoming wedding. I had to make a zillion of these wedding invitations for my good friend's wedding. I embossed all the silver (which is what took me so long, lol) with silver embossing powder and a heat gun. Used my SU My Digital Studio to add the flourish design to the back of the text part. Phew, thank my lucky stars I finished. Thanks for looking!

Bridal Shower Invites and Favors...

I'm still here, lol! I have been so busy with tons of personal business, but have still been crafting here and there. I have wedding invitations, bridal invitations, 1st birthday invitations, tons of favors and much more that I will be posting in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned :0). Above are the invitations and favors that I made for a bridal shower that I am hosting at my house for my gf, Tricia. Her favorite color is blue, so I went with it and threw in some flower motifs. Thanks for stopping by!
